Johnathan is a very knowledgeable and experienced mortgage loan officer, and in addition, provides a super high quality service during the process. My refinancing ( second time around) with Johnathan and his fantastic processor Jenn, has gone as smooth and as fast as it could get. Perfect execution!
I think providing more information on the documents to expect would have been very useful. At the signing, I had to run around to look for witnesses that I had not prepared. If I had been told that I will need to have a witness at signing, such information would have been useful for me to prepare instead of last minute scramble.

Jonathan was very patient about explaining options at each step of the way, from the selection of the original mortgage to what options were available when we encountered unexpected obstacles in the subordination. He had a lot of patience for this deal and was very accessible to us the entire process, even though what we had hoped would be a couple of weeks turned out to be about 90 days.
