Oak tree trimming was very good. The bushes and small trees inside my yard were not done. Major communication on jones tree side. Very upset and disappointed. I wrote email back after proposal sent and clarified about the bushes on east, west and north side. Did not happen
Previous guy gave us a proposal without visiting the property then didn’t show up on the scheduled day. Jones Road Tree Service spent time looking at our trees in person and discussed our concerns as well as their recommendations before providing a proposal (that covered more trees for the same cost as the guy that didn’t show up). The crew arrived on time and worked quickly, safely and cleaned up when finished. Will call them again.
