Jordan and the ladies were amazing.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided. However, I would like to suggest that clients be notified immediately if there is a change in their loan officer. In my experience, the loan officer assigned to my case was switched without any notification to me, which resulted in having to re-explain and re-clarify issues that had already been discussed with the previous loan officer. Proactive communication regarding such changes would greatly improve the client experience and help avoid unnecessary confusion.

Wonderful first impression from Jordan Davis. He took the time to run through the numbers and explain in depth the process. When we recieved devastating news that our deal was in problematic distress of not happening We had so many things in the works already trying to plan the move. He assured us he would do everything within his ability and went above and beyond. Even worked late into the nights, on the weekends to make it happen with our realtor. We are very pleased and finally getting settled in. Thank you so much.
Jordan was amazing!!! He was so professional, efficient. Knowledgeable and patient with us. We had a few road bumps, not any fault of his, but he worked fast through them and was nothing but supportive through the whole process. We asked so many questions and he answered them thoroughly.
