Sandi and Jordan were both such a pleasure to work with: Sandi met me in person to exchange paperwork and she took the time to walk me through the process and what to expect. I never had to question what was going on thanks to the weekly phone call updates whether there was no information or not. I loved that she would also call and update my husband so I didn’t have to relay information. She worked very hard to get us the best rate possible and we have already referred her to Friends.
