Sandi is informative, caring, and motivated. Our goal became her goal from start to finish. Jordan was great energy, responsive, precise, and efficient. There was NO part of buying a home that was unpleasant with their business and guidance. One of the best experiences of my life working with them. This was our first home and first mortgage. There was a LOT of questions I had and a lot of legal jargon that I didn't understand. Sandi was able to make sense of all of it and taught me along the way rather than just telling me. Not once did she make us feel foolish for not knowing about certain things/terms, and she treated us like people and not like another number. For that, we're grateful. God willing, we hope she's still around when we make our next home-buying decision!
