We had a good experience, Churchill made this complicated process easy for us. The only thing I wish that had been different was our MLO actively trying to get us the best rate possible. We acquired council from another mortgage company because they were able to offer us a much better rate. However, Churchill was able to match the rate and we were thankful for that. Overall we were happy the way things turned out and thankful for all the work Jordan put in to help us out.
