It had nothing to do with Jordan directly. There was a poor transition when he left on vacation and the people who took us over as accounts. I was told to get things that were never brought up and then when I would get them, it wouldn’t suffice as a valid document and I would have to go back and get more documents. Jordan was great while he was in the office, the transition to a new person was not a great experience at all.
