Jose took care of me every step of the way. I had many issues on the construction side, but I never missed a beat on the finance side. When I missed something important Jose already had it taken care of for me. He really did make the overall process easier and answered all of my questions along the way.

Jose was engaging and extremely helpful. He kept me advised of the process. I was not happy with the closing process. The computer had a glitch which would not close my loan and it took a week to fix it. Totally not Jose’s fault but there needs to be a backup plan for when things go wrong. It’s subpar customer service when you are not able to serve your customer in an efficient manner. Kudos to Jose for staying engaged and keeping me informed.
