I had a “good” experience with Jose. It would have been great if the people above and around him at KB home loans gave me and my wife half of the service that he gave us. You could definitely do better at communication. Theresa Marquez - needs to take a class or something for communication and really giving straight fwd answers instead of going around the question. The only negative part of all this was lack of communication and lack of updates on the whole process. That’s all.
