Jose was very transparent and very professional in his job. He never minded taking time to explain things or to help through the process to make it smoother. He was one of the key reasons that this home buying process was not as stressful as it could have been.
Jose always looked out for the best interest of the customer and worked hard to get me a great home loan. He was very patient and professional with my quesitons and made sure everything went smoothly all the way to closing. He is just the BEST!
Jose was the calm in the middle of the storm. Despite some others not following up and being thorough, Jose went above and beyond to make sure I was in the loop and that my loan closed on time. I would have been lost and a very disappointed customer without his assistance.
