Joe was selected only a few days before we had packed and moved my mother-in-law out of her home. He went over the process and what immediate steps we needed to take. He kept us informed of any activity with potential buyers, and once one showed great interest, Joe helped us with the back and forth negotiations. We got what we think was a fair price for a house that needed several updates. Thanks to Joe, we had a very good selling experience.
