It was a pleasure working with Joe. He is nice, patient, responsive, and helpful. Joe knows all the details about his job and he was always explaining everything regarding our application and what we should do for the next step. He was always available and he would answer our phone calls. I do appreciate that he was being transparent all the time and made sure we understood all the details. Joe did what he said he would, when he said he would do it. Additionally, I had a personal issue that required us to delay the scheduled closing date and he just asked me to contact him when we were available. Great guy, great job!
