I am a very busy mom of 5, with a 3 month old and a full time job as well. Joe was very professional, patient, understanding and helped me get through the entire process with ease. I have little to no time left for extra things in my life. He made it very easy and explained what I needed to do nicely and throughly, sometimes multiple times lol. He also got me a great deal, which is the most important thing right? :)
