He listened to my problems and my concerns and responded appropriately with his answers and resources. I am fearful or my journey but he is also supportive and reassuring. Highly recommend him for anyone’s ankle surgery.
Dr Massagglia is a special orthopedic doctor. He analyzes the problem and gives varying solutions how to address the issue. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and understand.
Dr Massaglia was very patient with us and listened and responded to all of our concerns. He addressed everyone in the room. He made us feel like we were not rushed and insured a smooth transition to services out of state. He made sure that I knew how to contact him with any concerns or questions between appointments using the portal. And told me he would respond quickly.
