Always on time visits and always so pleasant . Dr. Is very good making sure we understand everything about my health ..
Dr. Massaglia, was thorough,and very personable. I went with a fractured ankle(not a clean fracture), they took X-rays and than he preceded to explain what I was looking at. He also told me my options. Each time he saw me Ii was treated the same way. I did not need surgery,but after the care I received,I know I would have had no hesitation with this Dr.It is out of my way to use this facility(I live in Apex) ,but I will definitely come back to see him.
I was initially anxious about my surgery due to a traumatic ankle break, but Dr. Massaglia was very understanding of my concerns. He took extra care to ease my anxiety, both before and after the surgery, and made a real effort to keep communication clear. Unlike other surgeons I’ve encountered, he was down-to-earth, realistic about what to expect, and attentive to my need to ask questions.
This place has been great! Check in is simple and many times I'm seen early. Entire staff has been friendly and the health care excellent!

He was excellent and really knowledgeable about the type of injury, which is pretty complicated. He was able to explain the injury and process for surgery.
