First and foremost, the process was handled very cleanly and professionally. This was our third mortgage experience with Joe Jordan and TMF, and it was completed as smoothly as the previous two. We were informed at every step of the way to what was being processed and given accurate timelines. Given the Covid-19 impact, the process this time around took a little bit longer to complete but by no means made the experience less positive. I fully recommend Joe Jordan and his associates.
