Not a client but an agent on the other side of the transaction. The buyer's were in a situation where their previous lender (not VanDyk) was not going to be able to close and was going to force the sellers to start over. Joe swooped in and closed within 10 days to save the deal!

As a military vet I have traveled all over purchasing homes in different states and countries. Joe showed me how buying a home can be pleasurable instead of miserable. He was truthful and upfront through the whole process. I came to Joe after having closing delays with my other lender and let the truth be told. He closed my house in 10 DAYS!!! Yes it was a miracle!! Granted he worked on the weekends also which most lenders do not. Joe is the best lending broker I have ever worked with!!!
