Dr. Pusateri and his staff are the best! If you want to feel like family this is the place to go. I had Dr. Charara for years and this gentleman came in a filled his shoes like no other. The staff have been with the company for many years and treat you as family. HIGHLY recommend if you want to be pain free and treated by the best
HE IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!!!! THE BEST PODIATRIST IN SWFL. I AM 100% SATISFIED PATIENT!!!! Also his staff is PHENOMINAL!!!!!

I went to see Dr Pusateri and he was very nice. He ordered a CT Scan and I went back for review. His nurse is rude and non-responsive. I have been trying to get my medical records released to me for over two weeks. His nurse and office staff won't call me back. Dr. Pusateri basically said he didn't want to touch my foot. I think I understand what he means because it is not easy, his delivery was horrible. I am so disappointed. Also, the phone system goes down everyday and rings to a busy signal.
Always feel like a bother when I come there. Offers useless patient care and therapies that I've already been tried or implemented several times over the last year with no recourse.
