I was very nervous about my appointment on the 6 December. I had no need to be as Dr. Katranji was so kind and gentle and made me feel at ease. His team are so polite and respectful and pleasant too. The building is also very pleasant and very comforting. Immediately you feel relaxed. My follow up appointment is in 2 weeks so I don't think I will be so nervous. Thank you all so much.
