We have found this business to be dishonest particularly with billing and insurance claims.
I’ve been trying to get in to see Dr. Arnold since December 2021 because of several teeth that need immediate attention as the appointment desk was told. I had an appointment in mid February that was canceled by the hygienist on the day of my appointment. Then they rescheduled me for mid April which again was canceled by the hygienist the day of my appointment to be told I’d have to be put on a waiting list for an appointment. Crazy way to run a business!
Love Dr Arnold and Carolyn, but not those front office girls 😬
RecommendedI just had my teeth cleaned by Miss Carolyn. She was amazing. I also had a cancer screening test to detect early precancerous cells and scheduled a deep tissue cleaning. Dental treatments have improved so much in the last few years. I love coming here and Dr. Arnold and his staff are the best.
I do not recommend this dentist. Horrible experience with them. I had to spend over $3000 to repair the damages that were done.
