Joe was always there whenever I would get frustrated or didn't understand something. He always answered my calls. I already recommended his to a freind who is having trouble with the bank since she is trying to get out from under a balloon payment loan.

I feel like the underwriter was not objective and biased. I think she was discriminating towards me as to my age and/or being a 100% disabled veteran. Other than that everyone I had dealings with was pleasant and would have no problem dealing with them again.
