Joseph and associates were the best. I would do business with with them again
After being told by other mortgage lenders that they couldn't help us, Mutual of Omaha made our refinance happen. Joseph Threatt was amazing! He was extremely helpful and instrumental in our refinancing. He kept in touch with us and made sure we were informed at all times and in every stage of the process. We love the quick responses from Joseph and the honesty. The only "bad" was the last few days the communication was lacking. It would have also been nice to pay our own bills instead of the title company cutting checks. The amounts were not accurate when they paid and now we have to try and get refunds from over payments. Overall, it was a great experience.
