Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful along the way. He was always available by phone and email with our random questions and we felt very well cared for throughout this process. HIGHLY recommend!
There really wasn't much communication between myself and the loan officer. He did an awesome job and we did close way before the contract date and everything went real smooth. I think that if there was some communication over the phone like introducing himself or just an update through email would have been nice but that's the only thing that keeps him from getting all five stars in every category.
