My wife I were not really looking to purchase a new home however we found a home we didn't want to pass up and wanted to make an offer. At that time we were not preapproved. The way the housing market is now, most people want the potential home buyer to be preapproved before they accept an offer. I called Joe and he had us preapproved within an hour of the call.
