I was given Mr. White's information from a fellow Military Service member who recommended him. The same day we established contact we had established a rapport, he is very Military friendly, and knowledgeable of the extra steps required for our sometimes unique situations.
We were buying our first home and our credit union was not getting back to us, which was causing problems. Our real estate agent recommended Joe and he blew us away with his speed, efficiency and constant communication. Even with extended Daddy Duties with his wife out of town, and navigating the holiday season, Joe was able work with us and was the main reason we were able to move up our closing date by 2 weeks and be living in our first home before Christmas!
