In addition, he was always swift to respond and run any new figures and explain, in detail, how the figures affected our loan and monthly mortgage payment.

Thighs need the end of the loan slowed down. Processor sent docs that were out of date (eg incorrect loan amount) and I was continually asking for updates from Joe. Bank documents were provided showing incoming and outgoing transfers from the same account owned by the same person but underwriting continued to request additional forms/info.
