I saw Dr. Prager at the end of May for a degenerative condition to my neck. One doctor had recommended surgery. Dr. Prager did a thorough examination, had excellent bedside manner, and a wealth of knowledge. I ended up having a successful surgery but with reassurance from him that I was on the correct course. I cannot recommend Dr. Prager highly enough. Tom Zaret

Dr. Prager is a miracle worker. My daughter was 16, and a dancer, when she injured her heel. A year and half, 40+ doctors later, she was finally diagnosed with an unusual nerve entrapment. Her surgeon, who finally diagnosed her, performed a minimally invasive surgery in the hopes of releasing enough pressure on the nerve. Sadly, not only was it unsuccessful, but it brought on complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). Most painful disease and no cure. 9 months later, a second very invasive surgery, was successful fixing the nerv... read more

I have never been to a pain specialist MD who knows more about every type of pain and who really knows how to treat it. Dr Prager is up to date on the latest medicines, treatment methods and procedures. He is by far the best pain doctor I have every been to. I trust him and respect his amazing wealth of knowledge.

We found him through an Internet search. We had to travel a long way to see him And he doesn't take insurance. We run easy about that but based on what we researched We felt it was Worth the gamble to pay out of pocket. In this case, you get what you pay for Was accurate. His staff greets you cordially and then you have an incredibly thorough Evaluation by one of his trainees followed by a thoughtful compassionate consultation with the guy who his patients call doctor P. He set out a treatment plan that made sense and was ex... read more

As far as I'm concerned, no other pain doctor comes close to Dr. Prager. After more than 15 years of unrelenting pain caused by interstitial cystitis (bladder disease) and pudendal neuralgia, and 3 unsuccessful surgeries, I was bedridden or in a wheelchair. Now I am up and walking, living my life again, with an intrathecal pump that delivers pain-numbing medication directly into my spinal fluid. I feel that Dr. Prager saved my life.

Dr. Prayer did my husband's ketamine infusions. It has been a fantastic experience. The nurses at the infusion center could not be more helpful. The treatments have been a success. He has lost much of his pain due to his CRPS. Cannot say enough great things about this office. Mark is wonderful at helping from the office too!!!!!

I have been seeing him for two years.,the 7th MD I 've seen for CRPS. and the 1st that knew what he is doing. For the first two mos. he put me in his intensive care period where he saw me once a week and tried conservative therapies. Then he gave me ketamine which helped the pain but wasn't enough to be myself. I then did his rehab program. It was like boot camp but got me back to being myself He has put together a group of providers that are great. I am grateful to him and his staff
