The period of time it took to get through process was long and seamed unstructured as to which level of information is/was needed, still did not have all proper paperwork at closing table, and had to meet more that once due to unstructured process, lady at closing table was great. The responses from you was always promptly but it seamed like not all was on same page

The class that is required for us to take...it would have been great to take it at the beginning where it would have greater benefit. I'm a first time home buyer and did not understand the process well. The process was not explained to me very well. When I called to get information it usually took a while to get it. I don't doubt that the joshua phillips team wants to help. I think they are great people. I just don't feel like I received priority customer service. I felt like I was in the dark

More solidified drafts of what is expected at closing to prepare members weeks or months before closing. Felt like everything was rushed at the last minute. Underwriting was a nightmare. Might have been a special case since we came from Germany, however, the “required” documents they needed was excessive to the point it was viewed as a personal perception on if members could afford something when it’s literally less than 30% of their income.
