For a first time home buyer or someone who is taking the biggest step of their life financially and emotionally, a buyer would prefer someone that would be prompt, accessible and make them feel comfortable throughout the mortgage process. Josie was the one for us that every time I was nervous or stressed or had stupid questions, she answered with the same positive attitude and has always been super responsive to everything. So I had a previous officer who ignored my request and question about my loan. It appears none of my options were financed and I was asking why; no one replied back. When Josie received my file she did not address the issue either. Everyone acted as if that email did not exist but it did. I asked twice. I tried shopping for another loan but due to the timing hike in rates I was stuck with my loan.
