Joy herself was excellent! The Bank and it’s underwriters leave a GREAT Deal to be desired. I’ve had considerable experience buying and selling over 12 properties with OUTSTANDING credit. Never EVER before has any financial institution been as demanding and picky about DETAILS. I was beginning to wonder if they next might ask for a pint of blood or at least my original birth certificate!
