I was very happy with my service I received by Joyce's!!! Saved me money!!!!
Recommendedwe were having problems witth our van over heating.. called Joyce auto about 10am. they said come on in now or did I need a tow.. I was able to drive in. van was put on hoist withing 10 minutes ;they had me come and look at problem. water pump was leaking . told them to go ahead and repair. they said they would need the car for a few hours and had an employee drive us home. when repair was finished they called and told us. they then sent someone to pick us up. I highly recommend Joyce automotive!! I was stranded at 6am this morning with a broken down car! When the driver arrived, he was extremely professional, friendly, and it was a pretty simple process. I was a bit apprehensive to ride in a tow truck with a stranger from Lakeland to Tampa, but Chris Johnson was great. Thank you Joyce Automotive for running a great service!! I would certainly recommend this Company to anyone!
Found Joyce Automotive via AAA when my power steering suddenly failed last night. Top-notch service from the first conversation with Ed. Joyce's tow truck driver Adam was there in less than an hour even though it was after their six o'clock closing time. Got a call from Butch the next day who kindly walked me through what they found.
