I don’t know what to say. Process was a bit shaky with the front office and case workers.
The office staff are rude and unprofessional. They only seemed to care when the case was in a positive light and winning, otherwise no response. Also no responses when I emailed or left a phone message. So rude and I am glad I am done dealing with them.

I reached out for helped. Mind you I’m a veteran. Then I did the intake thing and all. Lady said ooo. If he can take it it’ll be a couple weeks before he reaches out. So something said call. I called a few days ago and was told he can’t take it and I’ll be getting a letter. I get the letter and states he’s not in a position to represent me. But yet in turn tells me to file appeals timely and seek representation. Sounds fuckn backwards to me and didn’t even give a reason as to why. So no. I’m not happy. I engaged Joyce and Berry Law to file for Social Security Disability in January 2023. I filled out the application they sent me and returned it to them. 4 months later, I checked my SSN account and it was showing an error. I called Joyce and Berry Law and they said they would check on it. I watched my account and the error eventually disappeared. In January 2023, I engaged Joyce and Barry Law to help me apply for Social Security Disability. The initial application had an error as it was not signed, according to SSN. I reached out to the law firm and they were unaware, but said they would check. They did not. I noticed that the error disappeared from my SSN Account. So I get denied my first time just like everybody else. And it took a year to get denied and then I hired Joyce and Barry. They really did nothing and I soon found that out 6 months later. I have HIV and there is a form called allegation of HIV that could have got me 6 months up front and then almost guaranteed approval and they did not tell me this I really believe that Mr Barry was leading me on so he can get as much money as he could I would not go to him because he is not very upfront with you about what is going on and ... read more
