I dropped off a jacket and pants a month or so back. Within 30 seconds of leaving, I received a call, letting me know that I had left some money in my pocket, and asking me to come back. Turns out that I had left $700 in the jacket pocket. I would never have noticed the missing cash if they hadn't reached out. That's integrity. I will be back here again in the future.
I've used the full service wash and fold at J's for 2 years and in that time the service has been phenomenal. Always ready by the promised date, and I often get a text the day before saying the clothes are ready early! They use a wonderful detergent that has a nice gentle "clean" smell to it without being overpowering. Fantastic experience, can't recommend them enough
Literally just read the other reviews. This place is the WORST. Not only do they seem to do spotty work (not exactly what you want from a dry cleaners) they will intentionally over charge you. For what its worth, over charging me by $15-ish is probably not worth losing a customer. I promise I won't be back. You are all cheats and poor business people. I don't like writing bad reviews, but i hate getting scr*wed over by dishonest greedy businesses even worse. SHAME.
They told me to pick up my clothes Thursday afternoon, I arrived Thursday after work and they said clothes were not ready yet. This was extremely inconvenient. No call was made prior saying the order was delayed. Horrible customer service. Was only given a 10% discount for a major inconvenience. Never returning.
DO NOT USE THESE CLEANERS!!! I sent several cashmere sweaters in to be cleaned and held for storage over the summer months. One black cashmere sweater, that was purchased in Italy ($200.00) had a moth hole right in the front!! I sent my sweaters there to insure they wouldn't get moth holes and here I saw this after I got home. I called immediately and they said to bring it in and they would repair it.
