Had an issue with my new pump where it wasn’t running at max RPM. The manufacturer led me to J&S, even though they did not originally install it. Everyone was very nice and accommodating and they took care of the issue quickly, repairing the pump back to like-new condition. Would recommend them again. Thank you.
Lady at the front with glasses was not very friendly and she made me wait in the lobby for some time, even after she was off the phone. She never ended up coming to the front. The only reason I may go back is because Josh and the older gentleman were helpful, and it’s close to my house.
For 140.00 dollars a month someone comes in and looks at your pool and throws a few chorine tabs in the water.I took over and had the water tested. pH and TDS out of wack. I don't even know if they ever tested the water. Several times my pool almost went green. Save 1700 dollars a year and just do it yourself.
We have been going here for a pool supplies and help for 15yrs. Brian is the best! The knowledge and support we get sets this company apart from the rest. Brian has helped so much and a couple years ago we had our pool resurfaced and all equipment and pump upgraded with new lighting. Brian made sure we had the right stuff and what a difference our pool looks now. Check this place out for your pool and backyard needs.
