I don't think anything was Juan's fault....It may have been the buyer being slow about getting docs turned in, or the processor for not having the documents needed....but to be waiting on a VOE 3 days after the original close date was just frustrating. Juan made it all work in the end and I'm grateful for that.

The lender was not ready to close on the closing date and Juan overstepped by trying to negotiate a lower extension fee for the buyer vs focusing on getting us to the closing table. I told him he should be focusing on the loan and not negotiating for the buyer and after that phone conversation, he would not communicate with me. We closed 6 days late and he never responded to calls, texts or emails from me. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in 20 years of real estate.

There wasn’t any communication from the lender until I reached out to him regarding closing. And then at that point he started updating me on the file occasionally.

At the end we were able to close on the property but due to high volume the communication was not as expected.

Horrible service. Everybody was all over the place and had no type of communication with each other. Also nobody ever kept me updated I had to call and text everybody for updates the only time I got a call or text was to ask for money and even then they never told me what the money was for. If I could do it all over again I definitely would not go here again!

Everything was taken care of well with the transaction, so I have no complaints. As the listing agent, I would have preferred to receive occasional updates as to the how things were going with the loan process to be able to communicate to my seller's/provide reassurance. Otherwise, the transaction was well handled and we were pleased to close early. Thank you for your help!
