I thought the services were almost a 10, but I do wish there was more clarity about meeting live (there was not a live meeting at any point, whether virtual or in-person. All communication was done via email and phone calls, and I didn't get a "closing meeting" like I was told I would). I also could've used more education and support since I have never bought a house before. There are terms I still don't understand that I just had to "trust" were correct when I closed.
