Julian was absolutely amazing to work with during the mortgage process. He creatively found financing for me in a somewhat non-conventional context, and everyone at the company moved quickly to accommodate my schedule and close on time. He was friendly and fun to interact with and extremely patient while helping me navigate through all the financial stuff that I know nothing about. Julian knocked it out of the park with our first home purchase. He was on top of his game start to finish and answered any questions we had before we even knew we had them. Super knowledgeable and accessible and always kept us in the loop of every detail and step that he and we had to go through. I've heard horror stories of the home buying process and while dealing with Julian I honestly can say those stories were all fake because everything was almost so easy it didn't seem real. 10/10
