Julie and her team were wonderful on helping us with our loan and keeping us informed of what was happening the whole time. Being first time buyers, we had essentially no idea of what to expect, but Julie made it feel not so overwhelming.

Julie went above and beyond what my expectations would have been for a Lender, often working with very short notice on weekends to complete an offer on a property (multiple times) in an effort to meet a sellers deadline. We purchased a farm, during the start of COVID and then their were wildfires. Everything else imaginable that could upset this transaction happened. Julie was great on walking us through the process and fighting for us when things were grim. She was also very patient with us and answered all those questions we had, when she didn't know she told us she would find out. She was always communicating. After the purchased if felt weird to not have her daily texts and updates. Highly recommend her.
