The Mann mortgage accounting team needs to actually do their jobs and keep track of payments. I had to call about several statements sent to me that were entirely incorrect. I also never received a November statement and was informed only at the end of the loan process that I in fact still owed an additional months interest. On top of the extremely poor accounting and communication the transfer of my loan to TMS was never communicated to me until I received a statement from TMS with an amount due for January 2023.
