Good communication and explanation of forms and process. My only input would be to consolidate the forms into less emails as opposed to sending multiple emails requesting information. As a receipient of the emails, it's easier to pull the requested information from our files in a "one and done fashion" as opposed to having to pull the information several times. Perhaps some sort of a checklist in advance for borrows would streamline the process.

Julie and her team worked nights and weekends on our loan. As a clinical social worker, I don't think that is a good practice for burn-out prevention and self-care but they were definately there for us. Julie was always professional and friendly.
