As our lender, Julie was a joy to work with! She is very easy to talk with and got our loan closed on time. We were informed every step of the way and guided through the steps to help make the decision that we were most pleased with. Julie excelled most when we were in a position to lock or float on a volatile interest rate. With her experience, we managed to lock our rate at the APR that was the lowest we had seen since starting the loan process. She will be our lender we use again and recommend.
