Truth is we land between excellent and just ok. The people were great but we had some frustration with the requirement for us to interact with multiple upload portals, and requests to upload documents multiple times. Julie and the team were great and our overall satisfaction rating was more to due with Underwriter delays and user experience with the systems.

Julie and her agents made the mortgage application process go smoothly by explaining what they needed and why. The online portal made things easy to upload and they helped me when I had technical problems using the interface. The mortgage on my first house I bought was with a different lender and we had a terrible experience with documents we emailed getting lost, having to sign the same documents several times, no one taking the time to explain things. Highland Mortgage was so refreshing !

Julie was amazing. She helped make my job, as the Realtor, easier by keeping me in the loop the whole time. She was very communicative and knowledgeable. She made sure all lending items were completed on time. The buyer loved their experience with her too. And, of course, the seller is always pleased when the sale is smooth.

Julie's team made every effort to make the process as painless as possible for me. They provide great communication and were on top of any potential issues before they became issues. It was emails but also helpful videos which communicated upcoming topics/milestones. The videos were informative but also broke up the monotony of always reading email updates. I've worked with Julie before, but she has an especially spectacular team right now.
