Long story short, we tried to get the loan through our bank. Five days before we were supposed to close they told us that they couldn't get the loan approved. Their reasoning made no sense because we gave concrete evidence to show the problem didn't actually exist. But still they ripped the rug out from under us. Our realtor got us in contact with Julie and they were able to get our mortgage approved in only 9 days. She and her team saved this for us, and we will be forever grateful.
