Julie was very friendly and very patient with me who is a first time home buyer. She made it easy to talk to her and I know if i had any questions i could always reach out. But seeing how it was my first time purchasing i was not sure what to ask and requirements for using home assistance loan was told later after a home was found versus explaining before hand. I think Julie expertise is best suited for someone who is already familiar with home buying process. Other than that, she's great!
