Julie and company were very friendly, professional, and were good at explaining the total process. They were always timely and available.
The patients they had with us, in getting all of the items needed for doing the refinance. They are looking at computer screens, filling in the application's numbers, and trying to understand our financial situation ( that's not an easy task, because everyone is different ).

Julie has done for me what no other mortgage lending officer could. I'm self-employed, so my situation is complicated.
