The only issue I had was that my loan was sold so quickly we weren't able to follow through on a plan we set up before we got our mortgage. That, in addition to the fact that it was sold to a bank with zero Wisconsin presence, makes managing our mortgage that much more difficult. I understand it's the way of the world, but for as hands-on as the team was when we were getting the mortgage, the sale just seemed very cold.
