RecommendedWe used Junk in the Box more than a few times as we worked in our house in the summer of 2012. They were so polite, professional, and fast! It was a great experience, and relieving to not have to worry about that end of things ourselves.
I was scheduled for today 12-2pm I talked to a young lady this morning around 10. She told me they would call 30 mins before arrival and that they would be there between 12 and 2. No phone calls since and it is now 3pm. I would have expected a call to reschedule if they couldn't make it. I'll go looking for someone else to give my money to.
