After giving this company a chance to rectify a very serious issue, they neglected to do so. We have had stairs put in and they use a company called EZtreads which is located in DE. If I could find this site that is not obsolete I would have written a review. Do me a favor save your money go elsewhere. I spend 8k on these stairs and they are garbage, dangerous and lawsuit worthy. They have no support and anyone can easily fall down them. I was referred to you buy a family member. I wanted to get an estimate on carpeting for 4 bedrooms, long hallway and a runner on a staircase. I left a detailed message on their voicemail to call me back and I also left a message on their website. CRICKETS! No response on either. Oh well. You lost a $6,000 job. Signed a contract with someone else.
Just carpets did a beautiful job on the carpet in my nursery! Excellent price and they had plenty of options in stock, so the turn around from purchase to install was only 1 week. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. I will certainly use them again for the next project and would recommend them to anyone.
Matt was our salesman for carpeting we bought and he was very helpful, informative and flexible with allowing us to delay our delivery / installation date. We had our carpet installed this week and the 2 installers did a terrific job. They were meticulous with their work. Equally impressive was how thoroughly they cleaned up - It is the first time I recall any installer / contractor bringing their own vacuum to our home to clean up! I would highly recommend Just Carpets!
What a fantastic company with a wonderful staff. I am actually the daughter of the customers. I am slightly protective of them, so when my mom was home alone when the carpet removal and installation was going to be done, I was a little concerned. There was a lot of work entailed in the entire project. The 2 gentlemen arrived a little before 10:00 and didn’t leave until almost 8:00 pm.
