Awesome I loved how nice and friendly everyone was. The women who looked at my daughters teeth was great even though my daughter had a meltdown. She just kept telling my daughter it's OK it doesn't hurt you will be fine. I am so glad I chose this dentist office.
Even's Recent Visit 4/20 The tech and doctor were great with my son! They made him feel very comfortable and safe and the appointment went very smoothly.
Professional and friendly We went for our first dental visit for our daughter here today and everyone was friendly and professional. Serves a wide range of ages for kids, which is great long term. Since our daughter is 2, we don't have her started on our dental insurance until the fall, but the cost was not that expensive and it was nice to know now she will go and signing her up will be something we will regularly do. Great experience with the dental procedure. However we were charged for nitrous oxide which we never received. Had to call back to get a credit.
So kind to my son! My son has mild anxiety that definitely ratchets up when he's at the dentist. The dentists and the assistants are fantastic - calm, kind, encouraging. My only piece of constructive criticism is that the front desk staff can be a little short with the patients. Not sure if they're overworked or just unhappy with their jobs.
Very good service but... Sue worked with Joseph, she was very nice and Joey had no complaints. Theresa was put with Sam. Although Sam was sympathetic of Theresa's gag reflex and offered a panoramic, which worked much better, her technique was a bit heavyhanded, and caused Theresa great gum discomfort for the rest of the day.
Judgement Free Zone I have a wonderful little 3 year old boy who has been diagnosed with Autism and a few other delays. Because of the struggles that have come with oral hygiene, I haven't taken him to a dentist in fear that he's going to fight it, cry, and not understand. Amazing experience!!! Everyone was amazing! It was our first time at this dentist since moving to Maine. Most of my friends bring their kids to this office. Jess was so wonderful with my son. Dr. Mills was so nice and explained next steps and was great! So blessed to find a dentist office that is so kind and caring and great with kids!!
