Usually good experience I love Dr. Lawson. She is amazing with my children. Had a very uncharacteristically bad experience with a very rude recsptionist. When you are trying to politely explain that your Logisticare ride cannot accomadate your baby and you have no family to babysit so you can bring your other child,and all the they can tell you is "take it up with Logisticare " and "find a sitter " "still falls on you " it made a really bad frustrating situation even worse. Great visit Jackson had his second cleaning today. Sherry was wonderful and very informative. We appreciated that she showed us as parents a good way to assist in Jackson's teeth brushing routine to prevent plaque and cavities. It was nice to know that there is a purpose for every part of the cleaning. The appointment kept very on time and efficient. It was nice to receive positive feedback about Jackson's dental health! The front desk staff was warm and friendly. We will continue to use the office for him in the future.

Professional! My three kiddos love going to the dentist! Sherry, our Dental Hygenist and Our dentist, Dr McCoy, are always professional and calm in their approach. As all three kiddos have sensory challenges, we are especially grateful to be in such good hands with this dental practice!
