I've used this company both in Phoenix for a local move and also with a long distance move - to Oklahoma. These guys! I just can't speak highly enough - went above and beyond to get everything and safely deliver it to the new place. Very professional and for a long distance to have my stuff in 2 days - WORTH IT!

I've used Just in Time like 3-4 times over the years. They were always great in the beginning. Fast, did a really good job assembling everything, professional...However my last move a couple months ago was a nightmare. They didn't assemble my bed properly (no screws to hold the beams in place under the bed so the slats fall through, the canopy part of the bed was not flush, dresser and bed all scratched and banged up. It has taken me this long to post this review, I am still traumatized by our experience with this company. We had decided on JIT moving after review of 3 other moving companies. We wanted our kitchen packed up and we would do most of our home ourselves. Last minute my husband injured his back so we needed help to finish packing up the garage. 2 young movers came 2 days before our move to pack our kitchen, day of the move all movers packed up the garage we had 5 movers total. They gave me an insane quote to move a bed and a refrigerator 3 miles. The quote was for up to nearly $1000!! and they pitched insurance to cover their mistakes. She was pushing hard for me to get it since she admitted they would not pay for their damage they might do.
Do not use this moving company. Save your time and money. They are an over priced moving company that are careless and break items and furniture. If you say something, they call you a liar. They refuse to reimburse for damages their movers caused. Don't believe all the positive reviews either.
They were good packing up our house. However do not use them for long distance moves where your belongings will be moved into storage. Very little regard for our belongings loading into the storage rooms. I helped my local movers here move out of the storage room and we were very disappointed. Lots of broken/damaged items. Definitely a get the job done at the expense of doing it right.
JIT moved us in January 2022 and cost us over $1000 in lost food and a freezer. They didn't plug it in and all the food went bad. they have also failed to make furniture repairs . They also wrecked the wheels on my workbench and i had to get a frame made to replace the wheels at MY EXPENSE. Freezer $500 new one cost $700 Food $500 minimum 3 prime ribs and steaks plus seafood ( it was Full) New frame $225 Furniture scuffs not repaired I would not hire them if i were you!
Day started out very well. Furniture and boxes were handled with care at home we were moving from. Once we arrived at new home, first hour went well, but we could tell the men were getting tired. In the last 1 to 1.5 hours walls were pumped, glides knocked off bedroom furniture and we were not told, numerous boxes left in the garage that were marked to be in rooms in the house. They were good movers, but feel they slacked off towards to end.
Used them twice. 2nd time their movers stole $12-15K worth of my tech equipment and laptops. Their response... "file a police report". Police report filed and chargeback initiated.
